Through the “Start a project” form: your name, your company, your email address, your phone or WhatsApp if you give it, your message, and the choices of the request (starting point, tier, systems, products, options, markets, languages, budget, deadline). The form sends the names of the files you choose, not the files.

Through the welcome brief of the client portal: the answers you save, linked to your project.

To read your request, reply to you and prepare a proposal. For a signed project, to run the project gate by gate. We do not sell or rent your information.

Into Tribal Studio Operations, the studio’s internal tool, on our server (host: Hostinger). A notification is sent by email to the studio’s address. Nothing is sent to an advertising third party without your separate agreement (see the next section).

Meta (Facebook and Instagram) may receive part of your request, only if you tick the optional box on the form, which is unticked by default. If you do not tick it, nothing is sent to Meta, and your request is handled in the same way.

Purpose: to measure how effective our ads are, that is, to know whether a request comes from a Meta ad. Data sent: your email address and your phone number, hashed (irreversibly scrambled) before sending, the IP address and browser used to submit the form, and the fact that a request was submitted. Your name, your company, your message and the choices of the request are not sent. This measurement is done from our server: the website installs no Meta pixel or cookie.

Duration: the sending to Meta happens within hours of the request; if Meta does not answer, it is dropped after 6 days. Our server does not keep this data once the sending is finished or dropped. Meta then keeps the data it received under its own policy. Withdrawal: you can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to hello@tribalstudio.dev; we stop any sending and delete the pending event.

Retention period: three years after our last exchange, then deletion.

The website sets no advertising cookie and installs no audience measurement tool or advertising pixel. It keeps your display preferences (theme, sound) on your device, which you can clear from your browser.
